By accessing or using the 3Dome website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
About 3Dome
3Dome is operated by 3DomeLabs, a phygital 3D printing laboratory based in Milan, Italy. The services include AI-powered text-to-3D model generation, model preview and storage, and related features. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the services. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity on your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.
User Content
You may provide content such as prompts, model titles, and other information (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant 3Dome a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the services.
If you choose to make content public (for example, for a gallery or showcase), you grant 3Dome a license to display and distribute that content publicly in connection with the services and marketing.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and that it does not violate any law or infringe any third-party rights.
AI-Generated Output
The services use third-party AI systems to generate 3D models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not unique. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and ensuring they are suitable for your intended use and comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the services
- Upload malware or exploit vulnerabilities
- Generate or request content that is illegal, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited
Third-Party Services
The services rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, and AI generation. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the services.
Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Dome and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3DomeLabs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have mandatory rights in your country of residence.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
